How do I report a warranty issue?

Contact Gravity Gaming Support via phone, email or LiveChat. Customers can also use Gravity Gaming’s online customer support system to submit repair issues, track repair issues, look up the configuration of a Gravity Gaming system, and more. For more info: www.gravitygaming.com/support

 

What are your support hours?

Our technicians are available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST and ready to answer your questions within 2-4 rings on our toll free number.

 

Who is responsible for shipping on warranty issues?

How much does shipping cost?

System only (ground shipping): $75

System w/monitor (ground shipping): $100

Pick Up: $0

Machines are shipped with a flat rate to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Please contact us directly if you have an expedited shipping request, or if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.

Pick Up option is available at our headquarters, located at 3131 24th Ave S., Moorhead, MN. For pickup, please bring your ID and the credit card used on this order. Please schedule an appointment before picking up your order.

Please note that the shipping charge is subject to change without notification. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us directly at 800-900-8809. Every Gravity Gaming machine is custom built to order. To ensure quality and performance of each computer, all Gravity Gaming computers will go to a 72 hour Burn-In (48 hours of Burn-In for rush orders).

 

Can I pick up my order directly from Gravity Gaming?

Yes, orders can be picked up directly at our headquarters at ByteSpeed, 3131 24th Ave S., Moorhead, MN. Please contact us to ensure your order is ready.

 

What is the turnaround time after purchase?

Because our systems are custom built, we generally ship orders within 7-10 business days. We also offer rush service upon request.

 

How will I know when my machine has shipped? And will I get a tracking number?

Customers will receive an automated email with shipment information and tracking number. You can also request a Vector login that enables you to view your order details and status, access UPS and FedEx tracking information, RMA shipments, repairs, & etc. Please call us at 800-900-8809 to setup your Vector Account today.  Click HERE if you already have a Vector login.
