Gravity Gaming by ByteSpeed provides free shipping on all orders in the lower 48 states. Please contact us directly if you have an expedited shipping request, or if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. Please click HERE to see our detailed shipping policy. 

Pick Up option is available at our headquarters, located at 3131 24th Ave S., Moorhead, MN. For pickup, please bring your ID and the credit card used on this order. Please schedule an appointment before picking up your order.

Can I pick up my order directly from Gravity Gaming by ByteSpeed?

Yes, orders can be picked up directly at our headquarters at ByteSpeed, 3131 24th Ave S., Moorhead, MN. Please contact us to ensure your order is ready.

 

What is the turnaround time after purchase?

Because our systems are custom built, we generally ship orders within 7-10 business days. We also offer rush service upon request.

 

How will I know when my machine has shipped? And will I get a tracking number?

Customers will receive an automated email with shipment information and tracking number.
